Hearty applause, Erasmo Guerra!

BETWEEN DANCES is superb novel. The fact that it is a initial novel is amazing. Erasmo Guerra will be presumption a high position in a ranks of immature American novelists if he continues to write this well.
Many authors have attempted to give us a "Inside Story" about a lives and psyches of masculine hustlers and go-go dancers. Often those other efforts have usually been extended outlines for titllating porn books. Not BETWEEN DANCES. Guerra has combined characters who are so genuine that with a lovely economy of difference gives us an in abyss credentials of who they have been and because they have come to a business of offered their bodies on a theatre and in cheap hotel rooms.
